SOME TESTIMONIALS:

May 7th, 2008
RE:Dear Tom , John , Scott, Capt. Mike , Joe and Riyan,

Karen, Mandy, Kristi ( The Kids ) and I would like to thank you all. We are enjoying striper season even more this year then ever before. The Osprey may be built for Alaska but it is a perfect fit for the Chesapeake Bay early striper season. When all other boats are running back to the barn because the conditions have just gotten to cold , wet and rough. We are putting on a pot of coffee and boating fish.

This is my 9th boat and my 3rd in this size range. I have never owned or been on a boat in this size class that handles the rough seas like an Osprey does. With the pilot house, the elements almost are removed. Capt. Mikes instructions on how to trim the boat out when running in rough seas where different then I have been shown in the past, but the Osprey is a totally different boat, It just eats up rough seas. I personally want to thank Tom and John for the help rigging and outfitting the boat.

If I can do anything to let the people at Osprey and Yamaha know how happy I am with their product and your representation of it.

Attached are a few Pics. of the family and friends that have gotten out on the all new “All About Fishing III”.

Tight Lines !

Thank You,

RE:Dear Rudy Marine

I recently purchased a new Yamaha F60 motor from you good people at Rudy Marine and wanted to thank everyone for their courteous and professional service. My wife and I felt welcome from the moment we stepped into the showroom. Nugget is a wonderful greeter!

The entire transaction was smooth and effortless from start to finish: from Joe who “sold” me the motor and explained the rationale for buying a 4-stroke over a 2-stroke, to Riyan who completed the transaction and paperwork, to Scott and Debi who helped me with control cables after the purchase, and of course, Tom, who was there to answer any questions or concerns.

Now that the weather has cooperated, I have finally had a chance to start breaking in the motor. It has done or excelled in every thing that Joe said it would do. In fact, the first time I hit the key to start it, I thought nothing happened. The engine was so quiet and smooth I didn’t even hear it running! Quickly checking the Yamaha digital tachometer I saw “11” then checking the motor I saw there was a steady flow of water from the cooling water pilot hole. Everything fine!

Acceleration and gas consumption are far superior to the higher HP engine (brand omitted) that was previously on the boat. I’ll never go back to a 2-Stroke!

It was a pleasure doing business with you, and I look forward to containing the relationship.

Sincerely,
Stephen M.

Dear Tom, Riyan, and all other good people at Rudy Marine, I have been coming here for 10 year now and always got great service and friendly atmosphere. I will do the rest of my business with Rudy Marine until I can’t go boating and fishing anymore. You’re a first class operation and I would recommend your company to anyone.

Thanks Again,

I want to thank everyone at Rudy Marine for their assistance and professionalism when I purchased my new boat in February 2008.

I had made many inquiries about pricing, the different models available and the types of boats offered. Rudy Marine was no doubt the best pricing for the boat that I purchased and I spoke to many boat retailers.

My wife and I went to Rudy Marine to see the 17’ Skiff that I was interested in and everyone was very friendly and courteous with my family. My daughter and granddaughter accompanied us and everyone was so friendly. My granddaughter, Alyssa, really enjoyed playing with Nugget. They did not feel like they were interfering or in the way.

The staff was very informative. Riyan went through every detail with the paper work for payments, insurance, tags and warranties. Joe had all the facts about the Skiff and motor that I purchased and could answer all of the questions that I had. It didn’t appear to me that they just wanted to make a sale, but they wanted to be reassured that I was completely satisfied with my decision. The day I picked up the boat, Captain Mike went over every detail of the boat.

I was very impressed with the staff’s knowledge and the friendly atmosphere of Rudy Marine and I would certainly recommend you to anyone interested in buying a boat. I know that I will be a returning customer in the future.

I just want to say that Rudy Marine is an establishment with great staff and very competitive prices. They don’t give the impression that you are just another sale to them, but they truly take pride in their work to completely satisfy their customers.

RE:Great fishing season!

Hey crew at Rudy Marine! Just wanted to tell you about my first fishing season with my big Maycraft boat! You guys were fantastic! And it’s true, all of Rudy Marine’s boats are guaranteed to catch fish! Running charters with this rig, I paid my entire season and made a lot of money. The four stroke Yamahas are super fuel efficient and incredibly dependable. I have no problem running this boat over a hundred miles from the inlet.

We purchased our second boat with Rudy Marine and once again we are very pleased. We decided to trade our boat and buy a larger boat, changing from aluminum to fiberglass. We have a large family and needed much more room. We are so very pleased with our choice! It suits our family well! We also are very pleased with the service and assitance we received. We can always count on great service with Rudy Marine. We were well informed with our new boat and all the many facets of this new boat. The test run and complete tutorial we received on the water at the time of pick-up was very helpful. We felt much more comfortable out on the water after having Rudy Marine go over the boat in detail with us. We are always very satisfied with our service and experiences with Rudy Marine, that is why we keep doing business with them! We strongly feel it is worth our drive from Pennsylvania to Delaware!

The big fish just keep coming on my new Osprey Fisherman from Rudy Marine. It is the ideal small boat for fishing the Chesapeake Bay. The rugged, heavy-duty hull smoothes out the ride on rough days, and the snug cabin is comfortable and well designed. The staff at Rudy Marine has been very accommodating and approach all service needs with a can-do attitude. Think you live too far away from Wilmington, Delaware to buy a boat from Rudy? I live hours away in eastern Virginia, but they came to me, picked up my trade-in, gave me a fair price, and delivered my new boat right to my door!

Thanks,

RE:115 Yamaha 4-Stroke Repowering

A brief note to say thank you for a job well done. From start to finish your company said what it would do and did what it said.

As a small business myself; I really appreciate being treated like a customer and being given accurate information along with realistic promise dates.

Everyone in your organization was pleasant, kind, informative, and courteous. My special thanks to you, Riyan and Carl.

Thank you for sending me a water proof fuse holder free of charge for these old accessories on my boat. Your prompt attention was very refreshing.

Please feel free to use this letter as a testimonial from a very satisfied customer.

RE:Great Sales and Service from Rudy Marine

Dear War Eagle Customer Service:

I recently bought a War Eagle boat from Rudy Marine in Delaware. This was the most professional, helpful, friendly, and competent group of people I’ve dealt with in regards to buying boats, autos, or ATV’s and I’ve bought many in my lifetime. I dealt with at least 6 different people during the course of shopping, buying, pick up, and orientation and all were exceptional. They knew their products very well and provided an amazing orientation and demo with my boat. Even my wife was impressed when she accompanied me for the pickup and demo. They made one mistake related to insuring the total length would fit in my 20ft garage, but more the made up for it by installing a swing tongue and free delivery to my home 95 miles away. You are fortunate to have this dealer selling your product.

Please pass this on to War Eagle management team. You just don’t see service like this that often.

The boat is also exceptional – I look forward to years of fun after I move to Florida next week.

Sincerely,
Tom H.

RE:To Whom It May Concern

I recently purchased a Sea Fox 216DC Pro Series fishing boat from Rudy Marine. I had been looking at every boating store in the area and online for over a year. When I saw the Sea Fox with Joe, I knew it was just what I was looking for; part fishing boat (for me), and part pleasure boat (for my wife). Even though it was a good price, I was hesitant to spend the money. So I waited for awhile.

Then the boat I had, a Palm Beach, developed an engine problem and needed a new motor. I did not want to put that much money in a boat that I was thinking of replacing anyway. So that was just the push I needed to contact the folks at Rudy Marine again. I left a message for Joe during their vacation week in August. Tom contacted me on Saturday and we negotiated a great deal. I went there on Tuesday of the following week and put my deposit down and filled out the paperwork and got my boat the following Friday morning.

I can’t say enough about the professionalism and knowledge of the staff at Rudy Marine. From the sales staff to the boat mechanics, everyone was friendly and efficient and made the purchase easy.

My entire family and I love the boat! We’re just sorry it took us so long to make the decision and dread the cold weather months ahead.

Thanks again for all your help. You can be sure I will recommend Rudy Marine to all my friends and family.

Sincerely,

I'm still loving my new Osprey! Got boarded by the Coast Gaurd a few weeks ago while fishing, ostensibly for a safety check. After they finished up, they confided to me that they really wanted to get a closer look at my boat! They were very impressed. Made me feel good about my purchase.

RE:To the CO of Rudy Marine

I would like to let you know about one of the employees you have working for you. His name is Mike.

My husband Chad and I were out just taking a ride and looking at the scenery (boats especially) and saw your company. Of course we stopped just to look around and to “wish”. Well this is where Mike comes in. He came up to us, and started talking. I have never had a salesmen know so much information on their products. This fellow knows I do believe everything about every boat. I was very impressed on his knowledge of each of the boats. Well the more we looked and mike talked, you guessed it- we got our wish! We are so grateful that Mike explained everything about our boat. We enjoy our boat every time we go out on it.

Best Regards,
Chad and Theresa W.

Just wanted to drop a line and say how happy I was with your service department. Everyone at Rudy Marine was highly professional and I received a phone call immediately after inspection with exactly what the job would cost. To my surprise when I picked up my boat my bill was less then I was originally quoted. Tom came up with an innovative way to repair my engine – saving over $700.00 off my final bill. I’ve recommended your service and sales department to all my boat owning friends. It was certainly a positive experience for me.

Thank You,,
Scott

This is to inform you of the pleasant experience I had through a boat purchase at your store in February. My son saw your ad in a recent Marine publication. My son and I recently visited the Baltimore Boat Show but couldn’t find anything I was interested in. My son phoned you from Baltimore and you informed him that you may have the boat I was looking for. The following weekend my son and I took a trip from Baltimore to your store in Delaware. We were treated very well from our introduction on. You informed us that you may have the boat I was looking for. Even though the boat still had the heated shrink wrap on it, you cut it open for us to view. The boat not only was the one I was looking for but had several options including the free delivery of the boat to my house. Your secretary was also excellent in supplying me with all information that I needed.

Thank you Mr. Rudy,,

Dear Rudy Marine,

I want to start out by saying that we are very happy with the work you do at Rudy Marine.

When we decided to buy another used boat, we bought into it knowing we were going to need to replace the motor. We shopped around at a few different places and had prices lined up. You had the best deal! We had never heard of your business before but we decided to take a chance and try it out. After we saw your business we knew we made a good choice. We knew what kind of motor we wanted but didn’t know what size. Thanks to you guys we now have a perfect motor for our boat.

The day we came to pick it up we were all surprised to see how clean and nice of a job was done on it. None of us have ever seen our boat that clean before. There are no more wires under the console and no gas lines floating around in the back. There is now more room to walk around on the deck now then there ever was before. We also had new lighting and gauges put on that really cleaned the boat up too. We don’t have to look at all kinds of wires from lights hanging all over the place now.

We were also pleased with how fast it was done. I don’t remember how long it took, but none of us expected it to be done in that short period of time. We are very happy we chose you guys at Rudy Marine and will be calling you if we have any questions or need additional work. We will definitely recommend your company to our friends and family.

Now we cant wait until we get the boat back in the water!

Sincerely,
John C.

On Friday November 18th, 2005 I left Randolph, NJ with my children and dog in the car. I was asked where we were going and informed the gang that we were driving to Delaware to buy a boat. Where? Where? I was asked. To Rudy Marine was my reply. We arrived at Rudy Marine around 10:00 in the morning. It was a cold day and we immediately went inside the showroom. It was very busy. Tom came up to me and said he would be right with me. While we were waiting, we were made to feel at home. My two children were exploring the showroom and climbing on all the boats. I kept getting asked, “Can we buy this boat Daddy?” I had to keep reminding them I was there to buy a duck boat. After about 30 mins I went outside to let my dog out of the car. After she ran around outside for a bit, I was told she could come inside with everyone else. Now the whole family was exploring the showroom and the boats on display.

Tom finished up with a customer and he started to discuss with me what I was interested in. I told him I was interested in a War Eagle and we proceeded to go outside to look at the inventory. Although it was an extremely cold day, Tom spent a considerable amount of time explaining the benefits on a 16ft boat over a 15ft boat. He detailed the different configurations and options on the boat. We then discussed engines. Being a boat novice I was not familiar with the differences between a 2-stroke and a 4-stroke engine. Tom explained the advantages of the 4-stroke and the fact that it was defiantly worth the extra money. I decided on the model War Eagle with the options and we went back inside. I added a pop up duck blind to the package and I was all set. Tom worked the numbers and presented me with what I thought was a fair price. I financed the boat and waiting for all the paperwork to be completed. The boat was registered in Delaware, I got all my financing completed and owned a beautiful boat.

For the time I was with Tom, my wife, kids, and dog explored the showroom. We were all made to feel at home. The staff at Rudy Marine was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Having never purchased a boat before, the experience at Rudy Marine made me realize it is not a painful process. I would definitely recommend the drive to Delaware to purchase a boat from Rudy Marine.

Dear Staff at Rudy Marine,

I'm writing to say a special thank you for your excellent service across the board. I felt as though I was a valued customer. The personal attention made my husband and I feel very fortunate to have purchased our boat from Rudy Marine. Tom was very nice and knowledgable as was Captain Mike and Joe and Riyan. The price of the boat was much better, by thousands, than anything else we found. Both Tom and Mike said to come by anytime for another orientation if necessary. This is especially important to us as first time boat buyers. We asked many questions and the knowledgable staff was extremely helpful and patient with us. The sea trial went very well and the boat's performance exceded our expectations. Thank you!

RE:To whome is may concern:

I would like to take this time to pass along my sincere appreciation to your salesman Michael Hoyer. His expertise and easy going personality made my buying experience at Rudy Marine very pleasurable. I have purchased other boats in the past and also was treated nicely at those dealerships. But this purchase I must say just felt right. And I truly believe it had mostly to do with Mike. With only needing to talk to him a handful of times he made me feel like I've known him for years. Thats just the kind of guy you have working for you. I thought it should be passed along. So please thank Mike once again on my behalf and pass this note onto Mike's superiors and the rest of the staff at Rudy Marine. Oh, and I almost forgot the boat?s not too shabby either. HA HA HA. I wish all of you a happy and safe boating season. See ya down the shore. I'm sorry...The Beach. Jersey Mistake.

RE:Rudy Marine

I have had the pleasure of doing business with Rudy Marine for the last 10 years. I have brought several boat trailers, small boats, and supplies. I have also had a few outboards repaired. Naturally when my wide and I began looking to moved up to a larger boat, we knew we needed to check out Rudy's.

We were looking for a 17 to 20' boat that would be economical to run. She needed to be light enough to trailer to the Delmarva Peninsula (1850 lbs.). we were also looking for a wide beam (8'), high sides (for running 10 miles offshore). A center console with lots of storage, and a large fish box, all within our budget.

When the January 2005 boat shows started, we went to Rudy's and found the perfect fit! A 172' Polar 1700 CC, 90hp 2Stroke Yamaha equipped with every option we wanted. Tom put us in a new boat that completely in our budget.

Tom made sure out boat was equipped and ready on time. We started fishing the Delaware River for stripers the next day! It was a great fishing season for our family. We fished every weekend.

The Polar 1700CC is the perfect family fishing boat for us. When we are ready to move up, we will make Rudy's our first stop. The sales, finance, supplies, and service dept. are the best in this area. We owe a great big thank you to Tom and all the employees at Rudy Marine for putting us back on the water in a beautiful boat!

Sincerely,

Dear Folks at Rudy Marine,

I hope business has been good for you over the winter moths. Here at my house we were all going crazy with anticipation until spring finally came and we could get out for our first run for stripers in our new May Craft 25 XL. I have to tell you, we spent many winter Saturday?s sitting in our new boat with a small portable heater thinking of what we could add to our hardcore fishing machine while it was snowing outside our boat cover. Of course our boat is already rigged with bait and tackle station, overhead rid holders, and a Windlass.

Shari and I would like to personally thank all the folks at Rudy?s for the excellent service we experienced at your store. From the very fist visit salesman Joe Hall met us in the lot while looking at the May Craft 25 and proceeded to educate us on the great features and quality construction of the May Craft.

Several weeks later my wife and I could not get this boat out of our thoughts and returned to see Joe to build the package we longed for. After several calls we purchased our boat. The purchase and financing went very smoothly thanks to the efforts of Barb. The day we took delivery on our new boat Mike gave us an expert walk through and with some encouraging words from Tom Rudy we were on our way.

Thank you for a great boat buying experience. We are looking forward to many years of family boating fun!

Sincerely,

RE:Hello Rudy Marine!

I would like to express my gratitude for the great service I received at Rudy Marine. I purchased a 860LDV War Eagle in December. I had heard of the great quality of War Eagle boats, and with some research, found Rudy Marine to be a dealer. After a phone call with a salesman, Joe Hall, many of my questions were answered, it was only a matter of taking a trip from Pennsylvania to Delaware. I checked out the boats and received great information from Joe. My mind was made up, this was the boat for me and my family! Joe and I had a seat and started to draw up an order for the boat that would work for me. Every detail was fine-tuned to meet my specifications. I really appreciated the manner in which he allowed me the space to add what I wanted and nothing more. I was never pushed into purchasing items I did not want. It was just about the customer! We look forward to many great outings in our boat, fishing and crabbing. Thank you, Rudy Marine, our family will have some great memories ahead in our War Eagle!

RE:Dear Rudy Marine,

I was recently looking to purchase a new boat, so my search began. While checking at many marinas in the state of New Jersey, I came upon the Maycraft line of boats. The boat I was looking for would be primarily used for fishing in the bays and for cruising around. I was quoted several prices and decided to check the internet and look up the Maycraft web site. On the website was several listings. One of those was Rudy Marine. I contacted them and spoke with a salesperson. His name was Tom. Tom informed me that he had the type of boat I was looking for and quoted a price. The price was very much to my liking after pricing similar boats. I arranged a day to look at the boat and met Tom at the shop. The boat was ready to go and even had a few extras on it such as a VHF radio and fish finder. I then found out the boat was offered at a boat show for a lower price and purchased it for that price. Two days later I was the owner off that boat. Everything went smoothly and the staff was very courteous, from the paperwork to the person who demonstrated all the functions and equipment on the boat. I would recommend Rudy Marine to anyone who is interested in purchasing a boat.

Thank You,

We have been boat owners for over 30 years. We had been looking to purchase a new boat for several years, going to boat shows, watching newspaper adds, boat shopper books, the internet etc. After much deliberation we decided that the Polar 21ft dual console was the one we liked the best of all we had seen. It had everything we wanted in a boat. We went online and found Rudy?s. From the very first phone call it has been nothing but a great experience. We meet Joe in the showroom and they happened to have just the boat we wanted. We were able to take it for a test drive as we were not sure the Yamaha 150hp 4-Stroke would be enough motor for the 21ft boat. As it turned out it was, and we saved a lot of money by going by the advice of Tom. They outfitted our boat with everything we needed to feel safe and secure. Tom was very patient and courteous with our phone calls and answered all our questions as we used our boat for the first time. We have over 20 hours on our boat right now and are due for our first checkup which we are sure will be a pleasant experience. We would defiantly recommend Rudy?s to anyone looking for great customer service and fair prices. It is well worth the 2 and ? hours ride for us.

I knew I had to replace my twenty year old boat, but the prospect of finding a buyer, and finding a new boat that I liked as much as the old boat seemed daunting. I viewed it much like buying a new-car hardly a happy experience. On my yearly trips to Key West, I noticed the Polar brand of boat. Even though I had previously worked part time in a marina, I hadn?t seen Polar in this area. It looked like the boat for me, but where to find it? A trip to the Fort Washington Boat Show soon solved that dilemma?there at the front door stood just the boat I wanted?with the smiling face of Tom right there to show me just how I could get the boat.

Some discussion (car dealers call it negotiating), a few phone calls, and I was on my way. Now all I had to do was fill out paperwork, choose my options, bring my old boat to the showroom, and wait for delivery.

Tom promised delivery by March, and by March I had that boat. Jennifer, the title clerk, handled all the paperwork so easily; I didn?t even realize everything was in order. My old boat went to the Rudy?s used boat yard for sale, and I drove off to the Jersey shore with my new Polar. Thanks to Tom, thanks to Jennifer, thanks to the whole staff at Rudy?s?it?s been a pleasure, and I just wish buying a new car was as easy.

RE:Hello Rudy Marine!

I bought my boat package during the Fort Washington Boat Show at a good price and I?ve been holding off writing this testimonial due to the fact that I really haven?t had a single problem with my brand new 2005 Sea Fox model WA 2100 with a 150 hp Yamaha. I?m guessing that I have approximately 10 hours of engine time and I?m certainly pleased with the entire package.

I have received numerous letters, notes, and announcement from Rudy Marine and also from Yamaha offering assistance with any problem that may arise. It is surely comforting that there is still a business out there that really cares about their customers after the sale. Believe me when I say that this will not be forgotten! I do recommend to my friends and acquaintances who are considering purchasing a boat, motor, or trailer, to take a trip to Delaware and see the staff at Rudy?s.

So far, my experience has been a pleasant one. Again, I feel comfortable that if any problem or question should arise the guys at Rudy Marine and their professional staff can address, recommend, and or provide assistance.

As a matter of fact, after purchasing my boat package at a great price I immediately recommended that my niece and her husband stop in during the Ft. Washington Show and see Rudy?s?They did, and purchased a 27 foot Aquasport with twin 4-stroke Johnson motors, also at a good price!

RE:Rudy Marine

My wife, and I, walked into the Philadelphia Boat Show intending to purchase a new Aquasport. The first display we saw was Rudy Marine. We were approached by a salesman, Mike, who told us to take our time, if we had any questions he would be glad to answer them. We spent quite a while on the Aquasport, asked a number of questions, and then we decided to view the rest of the displays. As we cruised the show we decided we liked the Aquasports and we liked Rudy?s. As we were walking back through their display we saw another boat, a Polar, we fell in love with. Again, Mike approached, answered our questions, and then left us alone to go over the boat. We purchased that boat on the floor of the show. We never felt pressured and all of our questions were answered. When asked when we could pick the boat up, we explained we were going on vacation, so it would be awhile. Their response, no problem, we can take delivery when we return. We did make arrangements for a Sea Trail, which was on a cold Saturday in March. Again, Mike answered our questions and reviewed the boat extensively. From the moment we first walked into their display area until we finally took our boat home we were never rushed, under pressure, or left standing while awaiting an answer or signing our paperwork. Dealing with Rudy Marine has been a great experience. I would recommend their dealership to anyone looking to purchase a boat.

Dear Rudy Marine,

I want to thank you and the staff at Rudy Marine for the excellent service I received when I recently was shopping for a boat. Although I have often seen your ads in local newspapers, this was the first time I visited your showroom. What a pleasant surprise! I was courteously greeted and invited to take my time while looking at the boats in your yard.

Since I was not familiar with War Eagle boats, I had many questions about the company, warranty, adding on equipment, etc. Each question was fully answered and I never felt rushed or pressured while making a decision on just what boat I wanted to purchase. You went out of your way to make certain that I would be happy with my final choice. The extra equipment I requested was added on to the boat and everything was done as promised and the boat was ready to be picked up as scheduled.

While my purchase is of, probably, one of the smaller boats you handle, I received the same considerations as someone who was buying a much larger boat. You guys are true professionals. Thanks again!

RE:Purchase of New Outboard

Two years ago I was looking for a 25 horsepower outboard. None of the dealers had anything in stock at the time. A friend suggested I call Rudy Marine in Delaware. I made the phone call and within minutes was told they had just received shipment and the exact motor I was looking for was available for sale. The sales staff was extremely helpful and even held the motor until I made the trip, which took me an hour to get there.

This year I decided that I wanted to purchase a Yamaha jet drive outboard for my boat. After doing a lot of research I began looking and pricing. Several dealers were very eager to take my money but failed to give me all the details. After making a call to Rudy Marine I was given the facts, the ones no other dealers were willing to tell me until they had my money. The sales staff informed me that Yamaha jet drives were only shipped to the United States once per year and if they did not order one there was a good chance I would not be able to purchase one this year. The salesman also made several calls to check on the availability of the outboard, he then returned my call and told me the results. He made the process very simple even taking a deposit over the phone. After the jet outboard was ordered Rudy Marine's sales staff kept me informed on the progress of the shipment. I received a phone call the exact day they told me the motor would arrive, and was told it was in their store and ready to be picked up.

I decided to install the motor myself since it was a fairly simple process. After arriving to pick the motor up all the paper work was already complete, the mechanical staff loaded the motor in my pickup and even secured it so it would not move on the trip home. The staff not only told me how to install the motor but gave me several useful tips on how to get the maximum performance from the motor. I now have the jet drive installed and am very satisfied with the choice that Rudy Marine helped me make.

I recommend Rudy Marine to everyone I meet, not only for great service, but for having the morals to be truthful when dealing with their customer. Remember also Delaware has no sales tax and that is just another added bonus for shopping there.

Thanks Again,

Dear Rudy Marine, While working on the oil spill clean up on the Delaware River in January 2005, we experienced engine failure on one of our old and tired twin engine outboard motors. After assessing the situation we decided to replace both motors so that we could eliminate future down time with this vessel. In an effort to minimize the time this vessel would be out of the water and lessen the impact of our clean up capabilities we began calling outboard motor dealers to make an immediate purchase. Our calls led us to a dealer in Texas who could ship two Yamaha 115 outboard motors, which would add additional time and cost to us. Further sourcing led us to Rudy Marine in Delaware which happened to be only a 1 hour drive from our Command Center staging area. Rudy Marine had the two brand new outboard motors in stock and available for immediate pickup. They were a pleasure to deal with over the phone, very helpful in answering some technical questions, and plans were made to send someone to pick up the motors that very same day. The motors were installed on the vessel the next day by our mechanics and we incurred only one day down time for this valuable piece of equipment.

Working with Rudy Marine 'saved the day' for us, allowed us to continue to service our customers in the manner they expected, and enabled us to continue our efforts to remediate the environment which is what we do best. Thank you to all those at Rudy Marine for everything they do.

Sincerley,

RE:Everyone at Rudy Marine

My husband and I have been enjoying our new 19? Polar C.C. for over two months. But the good times and fun didn't start on the date of delivery. Way back in February we thought that we would kill a winter afternoon at a local boat show ( Fort Washington Expo Center ). You see my husband, Jeff had sold our two boats in the spring of 03 in a deal we had made to get a new boat that we could trailer to all the shore areas we enjoy. Then over the winter we decided to put an addition on our house, and Jeff thought that was the end of any idea of a new boat for at least a couple of years.

So any way, we are at the boat show, Jeff is drooling at about every quality center console on site and I'm looking for something, anything in that type of boat, that we could fit into our now very tight budget. Enter RUDY MARINE, Mike the salesman had been talking to Jeff who in his travels from vendor to vendor had let me know how much he thought of the Polar. So, playing board I, sent Jeff off to dream of other boats and I started talking to our salesman Mike.

From my time with Mike to working with the two girls working the paperwork we have had nothing but the best of an experience. And the best part is that it didn't stop once we had signed the paperwork ( even though we had to bring Jeff to when he found out that he was getting the boat ). Throughout this transaction to the day of delivery of 'IN DEEP' we have had nothing but the most professional care and service. And I mean from the salesman to the contract writers, service department and each and every person that we have had contact within the company.

Having just picked up our boat from it's 10 hour service it was again obvious that this is a dedicated company that prides itself in their profession and makes every attempt to serve their customer. My husband and I are going to be looking for a larger boat in the future and the first and hopefully only stop in our search will be Rudy Marine.

Dear Rudy Marine,

It is with great pleasure that I write this testimonial regarding the positive experience I had with Rudy Marine. I began my search for a new Yamaha F150TXRC locally but could not find a dealer that met my needs. From the very beginning the entire Rudy Marine staff treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. I was very impressed with the way Rudy Marine was able to give me an exact quote on the price of the new motor as well as the time frame needed to complete the task. I felt confident that I would not be faced with any extraneous costs, and I was correct.

Being a New York resident I was concerned that working with a dealer in Delaware would be difficult but Rudy Marine made the transaction extremely smooth and effortless. Although this was a busy time of year, Rudy Marine had the motor I wanted in stock, at the right price and was able to accommodate my schedule to the day.

When I arrived in Wilmington to pick up my boat I was blown away with the professionalism and thoroughness of Rudy Marine. The motor had been installed, test run and adjusted. In addition, there was a full staff of people available to explain every aspect of the job to me in great detail. I never felt rushed or looked over, rather I felt like a respected client who?s business was greatly valued.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rudy Marine. From start to finish I was impressed with the quality of service I received, not to mention the excellent deal on an outstanding motor for my boat. I highly recommend Rudy Marine to anyone that has boating needs.

Thank you Rudy Marine for a great experience!

Sincerely,
James L.
